Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Fields Custom Prints purchase.

However, please double-check your order before checkout. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with 2-days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer care team at fieldscustomprints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
